Building an Industry Experienced Team

Hey all,
Like many of you, when I'm not working at my day job, I love creating games on the side. I'm currently building a team of experienced developers of all disciplines to come together and, well, make some games. As for myself, I'm currently full-time in the AAA game-dev world as a programmer.
