Just find a photography in a random book, and decided to adapt it to 3d.
Sadly I can't remember from which book I saw it. My apologies to the photographer for not referencering it properly.

I really like the high poly sculpt but the skin shading feels off, the specularity makes it feel a little waxy

I totally agree. This was my first try at getting skin done in Arnold, I really need more practice on that.
IDK either, the meter scale I found in the documentation for SSS values wasn`t working properly in this model. Next time I want to get over this.
