Low poly models not baking.

I need some help. My models are not baking properly even though I seem to have things under control. The main issue is that the normal and ambient occlusion maps are only coming out black. I have looked everywhere and have tried many different options (such as cage meshes and resetting the original positions of the models), but nothing seems to be working. Is there anything else I can try? Or am I doing something wrong?
