[ Looking for 3D Artists - Environments and props, or characters ]

High Priority - Game Art is looking for 3D freelancers to bolster our ranks. We are in need of serious 3D game artists with skills. You will be working with our art manager/art director. So please know what you are doing. Deadlines are deadlines, we have them too and they must be met.

Skills we seek:
- Good communication, competency & autonomous. Depending on the project, creative freedom will be given.
- 3D modelling skills for game engines such as Unreal,Unity, VR, Mobile, WebGL.
- Skill for either environments and props, or characters.
- Knowledge of game art limitations. Tri-count, animations costs, draw calls, etc
- Practical understanding of Normal mapping workflow through baking.
- Texturing skill set with optimized UVs
- Clean workflow and deliveries. Everything is named correctly, you follow our guidelines.

What we give or how we work:
- We work and aim for clean and stress free project cycles. And so will try to keep chaos away from our freelancers.
- We work with a process to reduce chaos.
- We seek solid long term collaboration. And so will seek those who support that.
- We prefer to work on trust and relationship

[ Looking for 2D Concept Artists - Environments concepts ]

High Priority - Game Art is looking for 2D concept artists that can concept idea's about game-play and environments. We will simply supply a few rough idea's of the game, theme or scene. It is then up to you to take those early idea's and come up with interesting concepts of what the game or scene could be. How interaction would work. How the scene could look and function. How the game could play.

Skills we seek:
- Good communication, competency & autonomous. You will have full creative freedom to create interesting idea's.
- Not afraid of full creative freedom. Able to quickly create creative concepts that can be built on in the rest of the project.
- Understands the difference between a 2D illustrator and a 2D concept artist.
- Solid 2D art skills

What we give or how we work:
- We work and aim for clean and stress free project cycles. And so will try to keep chaos away from our freelancers.
- We work with a process to reduce chaos.
- We seek solid long term collaboration. And so will seek those who support that.
- We prefer to work on trust and relationship
