I just got a cold email for Nuit Blanche Co., Limited, Hong Kong. and I'm interested if anybody has experience with them before? There's not a lot of info online, just an Artstation page.

Thanks,! yes, I do that with all new clients. I was looking to see if there where other artist who had experience working with them, anything which would tell me they're a legit business...They have no website or online presence(aside from an Artstation page) I don't have any experience with companies from Asia.

I did talk to them, they were interested in my rates and they wanted to work with me. But I haven't heard anything back from them after, and certainly haven't worked with them. Sometimes I think it's just a way to check for competitive rates.

I received email from them recently too, but I was wondering now since I saw this post. I’m Asian and I searched google for this company but I only found Two same name company from Taipei and China, but no Hong Kong. They listed the working procedures and I’m not sure whether it’s a real company but it sounds real. If anyone did work with them please share us your experience, thank you. (Sry for my broken English)

When I first got the email, I actually reached out to an artist on LinkedIn who was been working with them for a while. So it seems legit. 

I had a few email interactions with the initial recruiter who sent me the email. We discussed rates and what work interactions would be like, but after that they did not pursue me for work.
