Zbrush Uv's Problem.

Hello friends, I come to ask for help, to see if they can give me the solution...

I'm modeling this character, the thing is that I don't know why when I want to take out the Uvs with the Unwrap and keeping polygroups in lowpoly the software freezes. Zbrush gets frozen in "Exported files" 

Another thing that happens to me (apart from the Uvs), is that when I want to pass it to keyshot, the keyshot also freezes. (Only with this model) 

Does it influence that the mesh of a subtool is on top of another one? 
Should I make the Uv's by subtool or should I join everything and make the Uv's by polygroup?

    The translator works fine. If I use google to search this problem there is a lot of information available. Depending on what yo want to do with 3D graphics it might be an idea to learn English for that purpose.

    Maybe someone will come along with a better answer, but in the meantime split your tool by polygroups and uv each one separately. Seems there is a memory problem with uv master. Hope this helps.
