Help diagnosing/getting rid of artifacts

Hi there,

This is my first post here on the site, so apologies if this is not the most appropriate place for the matter. Basically, I'm trying to bake high-poly details onto a low-poly mesh through Substance Painter and I keep getting some strange artifacts I would love to get rid of.

Here are some images of them:

And here's a quick screen capture of the high-poly mesh. Notice how the bars at the top don't originally have that weird seam going on them.

I don't know if they are caused by the setup I have going for my baking process, or if they are just inevitable somehow and I would therefore need to manually edit the generated normal map to wipe them altogether. If that ends up being the case, what would be the easiest way to go about editing a normal map?

Thanks, in advance.

90% of bake issues are UV or soft/hard normal related.
There's sticky threads in technical talk that explain how to deal with most situations.

If it's not answered in there post pictures of your uv layout
