Substance painter cannot import Maya interactive groom Polygons, not sure why. If anyone can get it to work can you please tell me? Link to asset is below.
Does Substance painter have a problem with importing Interactive groom polygons from Maya? Because I made another hair asset with fewer polygons and it still wont load it.
I've brought xgen groom meshes exported via alembic into designer with no issues so fundamentally it should work. How are you getting them out of maya? Do they have UVs?

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the mesh at all.
