Help Sculpting Heads and Faces

I'm having a hard time sculpting a face.

I hope the smaller body is looking realistic, I think it turned out quite well. I put it there to display that this character is being stretched and is much taller than a real human.

The head however, is not looking right. i've tried and deleted it like 5 times. Always looks masculine and skeletal.

I had seen in "Yan Sculpts" that he puts the eyes in quite early. this just made it more nightmare-ish!

Help, links, tips. anything would help.

Are you using reference, or just sculpting from scratch? If you're not using reference, using some might help. Like, finding a model or actor you like and basing the face off of them. I've seen a lot of character artists do that, even the advanced and expert level ones sometimes.
Also, in these situations, I've seen some character artists suggest starting as simply as possible (with as few polygons as possible) and just "blocking in" the major forms to start with. But that's just paraphrasing the kind of stuff I've read on here. I'm not really a character sculptor myself.

You can download a free skull model and place it under your character to check positions and shape. The 'T' pose you have your figure in isnt used much anymore. Mostly an 'A' pose is easier to model and unless you plan to use mocap later the 'T' pose isnt really necessary. You can also download Daz3D for character reference. Its free. With Daz you can take screenshots and set up image planes in your modelling app for reference. That plus reference images from the web sould work well.
