Hello All, I've been studying up on Unreal for the past several weeks, and now I want to animate a rig in Maya and bring it into Unreal. The problem I'm having is all the rigs I'm finding that will import properly into Unreal have bones/joints, but no rig controls, which makes animating them a chore and a half. The rigs I'm finding that have rig controls don't seem to have bones/joints and I can't get them to import to Unreal.
Do I need to resign myself to learning rigging on top of everything else?
