Mesh fill does not fill mesh completely leaves visible Edges. (and there is padding space)

When I use Fill/Mesh fill or even paint on a paint layer I get this result. The resolution of the texture is 4096. There is enough padding space.

Your UVs aren't snapped to pixel boundaries so texture filtering is causing areas outside the shell to bleed in.

Thanks but how do you solve that? It works in another substance painter project though, I doubt it's the UV's.

Maybe there was a large UV island under the others and that prevented padding, anyway it was solved when I imported a new basemesh.
