Bake lighting in?

Is it possible to use Substance to bake lighting information into a final map? Substance has export channels for diffuse, normal, metallic, AO, etc. What I'm trying to achieve is a final "baked" map, with static lighting information (from a directional light maybe?), considering all the maps together. Something like this:
