Around 0:14 the "realization vfx" comes after the face has already reacted. I would move the effect slightly before the face turns into a smile. At 0:30 i feel like he should pop out behind the crystal slightly sooner, if he is traveling the same speed as when he went behind it. at 0:36 he appears to move with burst of speed, however the background environment does not indicate this. I would speed up the camera a bit there.
