@WhiteDovah Try to select different Channel for Alpha mapAnd check your Opacity map or Diffuse texture to include Alpha channel
After that you can create the glass shader inside a texturing software like Substance Painter or directly inside Marmoset.
In UE4 as well as any other real time rendering softwares is the same.
