Orcari games is looking for a creative environment artist to develop stunning natural biomes targeted at the next generation of consoles. Candidates should be pioneering, driven and self-motivated. The role is remote so a high level of communication and self-management skills are key.
Requirements:
Portfolio containing realistic assets and environments
Developing high quality props and vegetation
Excellent knowledge of PBR, materials and functions
Strong experience in UE4 or relevant real-time engine
Strong experience with Maya or relevant 3D software
Natural eye for level design and flow
Good English skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality game environments from concept briefs and descriptions
Participate in development of workflows and pipelines
Populating open environments
Working remotely and communicating daily with team members
Desirable:
Experience with Houdini and procedural formation
Working with scan data
