SD - How do I make this shape?

Hey Guys,

Wondering if there's a quicker and easier way to create a heart shape in Substance Designer? I also need to create the shape highlighted in the image below, not sure on the best way to approach this either?

 Currenty I have this setup, however it's not very inuititve if I want to change the sizing or gap at the top.

Not sure if you can make a heart shape with less nodes than that. Here are some of my experiments:

For the eye shape, you can go for a Ridged Bell within the Shape node like this:
