Character in need of anatomy feedback

Hello, I have been trying to recreate the body of a sculpture named "The sleep of sorrow and The dream of joy"
 by Raffaelle Monti in Zbrush. 

I feel like the anatomy isn't quite right yet. Feedback would be very helpful.
