[help] pixel point extremely small in displacement map

Hi everyone, I am a newbie of using Zbrush. I got some problems of exporting displacement map :(


1) This is my sculpting scene in Zbrush. You can see there have a very popping mesh on the plane.


2)This is my setting before I exported the map.



3)  
I dragged the map into Nuke to see the value, it is weird that all of those values are under decimal



4) 
I exported obj to Maya and see what happen, the result seems alright…




Can everyone explain what happen of this phenomenon? Have I set something wrong when I exported the displacement from Zbrush???
