With all due respect ... I appreciate the gesture but the tutorial is quite meager. Would love to see a bit more detailed article as I was very interested in the process. I very much enjoyed the AK! Well done!
@CommonOne Thanks for your feedback. As I already posted a complete weapon breakdown there is nothing new here except the straps. In the AK there is no witchcraft going on just simple modeling and booleans. Appreciate your thoughts through!
Cool but...yea. This is just "now draw the rest of the owl". The links you posted are a tutorial on a different weapon and in this one you don't mention how you did the edge fur, which is the most interesting part. Great work but as a tutorial I'm not sure what I can learn from it; "make straps, I like to twist them, apply this premade material, look at this cool edge fur!".

I was confused too at first, but I think he just linked to the wrong post. Here's the right one, and it goes into more detail about the edge fur (which was what I was most interested in too).
@iammalte I'm not sure why you left those couple of images out of your initial post, but next time I'd recommend either posting the whole tutorial here or just one teaser image, not just part of the tutorial.
