I think to continue the series of queens. Details will come with time.
Meet sea queen Alice.
Here are the new hairs. Most likely this form will be final. After experimenting, I took the bangs from the previous hair options. I decided that the hairstyle will be short, I like how the shape of the chin is read. The tail also gives dynamics. I also want to show the first draft of the dress.
Hey. Here is the new update on Alice O. I haven’t uploaded updates for a long time. Made quite a few changes, although visually they are not very noticeable. I reworked her dress several times. I sewed a head with a body and opened her mouth. Made a retopology and UV layout. I added anatomical details and the work on them is not finished yet. Apparently, when the final sculpt is ready, I will again have to correct the topology. Thank you for your attention - I hope you enjoy it.
Update. I worked out some more body parts. Made a pose for the test. I threw the model into marvelous like a morph so that the dress would be re-simulated on it. I have long wanted to try this method. On the way, I fixed the pivot, because with the old morph fell through the floor during the simulation. By the way, who knows how to change the pivot in Zbrush?
Update. I tried rig in a blender. I like it. In the process, I moved the central bones from the axis of symmetry, so I have to redo everything. But overall pretty nice. You can save poses in it. Created a skin in Painter. Tested eye material. But still, work is slowly moving.
Unfortunately, the auto-rig could not cope with such a pose and I had to re-sculpt her shoulders. Now this is still a sketch, hair, tentacles and a dress still need to be worked out.
I decided to assemble my 3D model closer to what I plan in the final. In the future, I will need to work out more details. So these are test 3D renderings of Alice with a pillow.
