Zbrush crashes on new computer

I bought a new computer just for the purpose of better modeling experience with all the right system (MSI GS75, i7-9750H processor, NVDIA 2080 graphic card, 32GB system memory) but Zbrush still frequently crashes and I don't understand why.

Is there some system to tweak or fix that could lower the chance of crashing??

If its constantly crashing it could point towards a defect in your hardware (RAM being the most likely cause).

Sounds like a real case for submitting a ticket over at zb support. With serious stuff I have had very good service from Pixo.
