It looks like a well made model, but it also feels uninteresting to look at. It reminds me more of a military vehicle than a racing car. Did you use a concept for this or is it your own work? I'd say adding some color variation would look nice. Using classic racing liveries might look interesting on that design. Another thing that looks weird is the interior view. All the dash dials being yellow makes the view noisy. There should be some dials that stand out more than others (and maybe reduce the amount of screens).

During texturing i was carefull not to make model too cluttered and it seems like i was too carefull. Now model looks boring and unfinished. Overall it's really apparent to me that i need to spend some time studying design and how stuff plays and mixes with each other.
The concept is quirky and pretty cute but yeah, it ended up somewhat bland. Like people have said though, it looks like a well made model so I think you have a solid foundation to turn into something great. Maybe try and experiment with a contrasting set of colours for the paint job? It looks like the reference has some interesting stuff going on with the colors to make it pop, maybe try and look a bit closer at that. Then it might be a good idea to try and handpaint some texture details to bring life and personality to the model. Either way, great work, keep pushing it.

Also, I'd redo the UX of the console. Did you use Formula car steering wheels as inspo/reference ?
