Hi ! I just finished my latest personal project, a stylized desert gas station. nothing too complicated here. The goal was only to train on unreal engine 4 using the techniques I learned during this year. For this environment I used a very modular approach because I wasn't sure what artistic direction the project was going to take at the very beginning. My main difficulty on this project was the time given for the finalization so I used the trimsheet principle to save time and to be able to reuse the maximum of assets. For the future I'm probably planning to put this project in free download for interested people.
