moving an asset through 3d coat

I grabbed 3d coat a couple of days ago cos it got a bit cheaper and I'm a bit confused about how I build a complete asset without fannying about.

Lets assume I want to do this...
voxel sculpt -> retopo -> UV -> paint -> export

I seem to have to  export and reimport my object to go from retopo to UVing which seems a bit silly.
Do I really need to do this?

I did try watching some videos but I got bored of seeing people retopo things manually and explain what a UV is so I gave up
If there's a decent written tutorial I'd love to know about it or faling that a video tutorial aimed at people with experience in game art but no idea how 3dcoat works.

The retopo room has UV tools (click on mark seams or any of the other UV tools to see the rest appear in the side bar / right click menu).

Thanks. That gave me a heads tart and I think I've got it pretty well worked out now.

I'm very impressed at some parts of 3d coat (voxel stuff, retopology, brushes etc.)
And utterly dismayed at others (no layer masks in paint?!!? - material painting is clunky as hell)

It's an absolute steal at home user price, I'm impressed
