The model is almost finished. I guess I need to add some blood stains and call it a day. Zbrush + substance painter.

Hello, looks nice but I think maybe you can add some reflection, the texture looks to dry. Also it's very difficult to see the eyes.

rxr9, thanks! I think you're correct on the specular. As for the eyes, I tried to make them brighter, but the dark just look more menacing and dead

Is there subsurface scattering in the skin material?  It's initial read to me is coming off more as stone than rotten skin.

Hey Brian, SSS is there, but I guess you're correct that the strenght is too low.

This would be hopefully cheap and fast, but something tells me you;'d get a ton of value doing slight vertex animation on the stomach, making the belly "bubble around."
