Exporting opacity map out of substance painter 2

I'm in need of a detailed way of exporting my opacity map on my
character, none of the pages I've found have a clear-cut way of
explaining this.
I'm using PBR Metal Rough default export settings and am exporting to Marmoset toolbag for rendering.
Should I be exporting a certain file type? I usually use PNG for most of my textures. Which of the output maps do I use; Gray, RGB, R+G+B, RGB + A or R+G+B+A? Where specifically do I drag the opacity map and what other options should I tick?

Hi there,
What have you already tried? -

So using PBR Metal Rough defaults, I add the RGB+A, drag the opacity channel into either slots and select all the options (I've had multiple attempts at it). Then I've tried exporting everything and no opacity map comes out at all.

Nvm I've been stupid. It's already slotted into the albedo map that comes out. I just had to adjust marmoset to add a transparency channel.
