Hi! I was searching via Artstation for some characters concepts to motivate me and do another personal project until i stumbled to this one from Gianluca Rolli:

I put some work days more on this so for now this is the current state, an almost completed blockout of all the parts in low poly/subdv:

Any kind of adjustments to do before going to Zbrush and start the high poly? Maybe helmet/Head wider and it seems more intimidating in my previous attempt before adding the skirt and all the accesories:
