[Closed][Paid] Model conversion to Unity

Looking for an experienced person to convert existing 3DS Max (V-Ray) scene to Unity to use in Desktop/VR.

Scene:
- Scene in question: https://www.turbosquid.com/FullPreview/Index.cfm/ID/1419859
- Native format: 3ds Max 2011, V-Ray 3.2
- Polys: 288052, Verts : 291702, V-ray materials

Output:
- Working Unity asset / project & 3DS Max converted scene
- Visually as close to original scene as possible, providing the scene has to run in VR as well as desktop
- Must run smoothly on desktop, standalone VR (Quest) and desktop VR (Rift / Vive) with appropriate quality for each
- Retain rigging for animation within Unity
- Retain materials of few key assets as clearly separate for easy editing (i.e. screens)
- Scene can be simplified (i.e. only one chair, laptop etc required).
- 'Clean' scene without unnecessary / orphaned geometry etc.
- Ideally: turn scene into a simple 'modular' set for use in different configurations / sizes - no complex modular options (i.e. skins, dynamic sizing, etc)
