3DS Max Time Counter Script

is there any script for counting working hours in 3DS Max that works in a smart way? For example, that start counting as soon as you start a new project, pause the counter if you didnt do any command in X seconds and continue after executing any command.
I have no knowledge in scripting, so if anyone can create something like that I would be very grateful!

Your answer is manic time. It does exactly this with any software thats standard windows. Zbrush only knows the application itself. But on max or maya or Photoshop it also reads your filename. So way better than having it just in max
