Been working on an armchair lately and any constructive feedback would be appreciated, This is auto UV test bake so there are few overlapping issues, properly unwrapping and correct smoothing groups should fix it.
Struggle a lot with the optimization part of asset creation so any tips in that regards would be nice. Should I optimize further?

For optimisation is important that the overall shape stays the same. And the resolution fits the screen space resolution.
For example the back of your chair has a lot of edges but no details like curved shapes. It's easy for you to collapse every seccond edge.
The leg is also a good example for deleting the support edges.
