You clearly did a lot of work here and seem to have invested a lot of time into your work. That's good of course. To me however, it looks as if you mixed different styles. The humans look quite stylized/cartoonish while the environment itself, especially the foliage is more leaning towards a realistic style.
The environment is pretty cool, but it looks like a miniature set for model trains. If that is the look you were going for, cool. But if you were trying to do a full scale environment, you might want to get rid of the depth of field effects. The heavy depth of field with your small focal length makes everything look like little toys, especially your characters, who all look pretty stiff and plastic to begin with. Also some of the textures like the wood are a bit large in scale, while other materials like the metals are look more like plastic which adds to the miniaturized feel of the entire scene. If the model train set look is what you're going for, great. You should mention it in your discretion though to clear things up though. If not you might want to think about fixing up a few things.
