Personal project of a stylized man, based on the great concept of Chao Teng Zhao. High poly in Zbrush, Retopology and uv´s in Maya, texturing in Substance Painter and Render in Arnold. Composition and color correction in Photoshop.
I love the style. I think he could use more attention on the final lighting. Looks flat and uninteresting being simply front-lit by a skylight. How about some rim lighting, more dramatic portraiture lighting. I'm digging the 4th pass better right now because it's so clean and striking, but combine that with some intelligent rim/back lighting and BAM it could be really killer.
