(WIP) AJ Sketchbook ~ Critiques

Hello, polycount folks!

I'm diving back into environment work after a pretty long diversion into detailed props. Currently in blocking out phase. I'm building this surreal motel concept Inspired by the Lost Room, Southbound, and AJ Fosik sculptures.

Critique or advice would be hugely appreciated.

Looks promising, keep going. Hard to crit at this stage though, without seeing your refs.

Thanks for the comment. I wasn't sure when I would be too far ahead so I wanted to start WIP early. Will update once more has been built out

Main structure inspiration. Pulling from Sunset Overdrive and Control for large shape driven art style.


Progress into some "midpoly" models.

Some quick models made from Janice Chu's concept art. I usually dwell too long on projects so I worked these out quick: about 2 days each total, tried for a Borderlands style texture.
