Mesh Baking Issues

Hello! I am working on a character model in Blender, and I've noticed a few of the pieces (the fluffy bits/feathers that are a separate object from the body) are baking improperly in Substance Painter. I assume there's an issue with my model somewhere, but I've redone the UVs several times and I'm not sure what's causing it. I've attached pictures of the problem spots, the shading appears to be incorrect after baking the maps, with hard edges where the UV islands connect.
