I just released my first public Blender addon, to help 3D realtime artists to know more about scene polycount.

that's cool hey. Blender only currently displays total numbers of the entire scene afaik (Edit: I was wrong in this). It would be cool if the plugin could calculate how many in-engine verts objects would be, since popular engines like UE4 will split vertices into two where there're UV splits. -
I'm totally agree and already have an issue about this point... but that's out of my python skills for now, any help is welcome!

Realy Cool ! do you think is possible the number of polycount stay updated when you work on the mesh. will be very pratical when you optimise

Yep I've already a todo-task about that
Note that I don't often dedicate time to Python development so my addon updates take time, but I will keep this topic updated when new releases will be out.

- Some stats (Verts, Tris or Area) can be disabled
- Large numbers can be trimed
- New: fast options
