Hiya, im trying to achieve a realistic reflection in Redshift. Im still a learning 3D artist, but help would be appreciated!
I have been trying to figure out if the curvature of this mesh is the culprit, or if its a specific IOR value I need from a specific metal. But most values I plugin dont seem to be getting me what I need. I have attached a couple images. The first image is the reflections I need to replicate. The second one is my render. Its like my render is perfectly bouncing light, which gives us nearly a mirror. Where-as in the correct reflection im getting skewed/stretched reflections.
Any ideas?

You need to define in which direction the anisotropic effect works. In reality it is some kind of roughness but with a directional structure or flow.. That's why it's also sometimes called flow map. A flow map can be used for various tasks though. Like for a river water flow effect, etc.
