Hi everyone, this is a personal project I have been working on. I used texturing.xyz as a base, mixed with manual sculpt to exaggerate it a little bit more. Texturing is done in Substance Painter and Photoshop.
Nice work, How did you do the fibers on the hat that are protruding?
Thanks! For the protruding fibers on the hat, I used the same technique of the peach fuzz. Are done in Zbrush with FiberMesh ( I used two kinds of fibers to create variation, it is a lot of geometry), exported in Maya to transfer the normals of the hat on the protruding fibers! Then I used a very basic material setup in Marmoset. I hope you find it useful!
