How to break an animation job into billing milestones

I'm relatively new to animation projects and was hoping to get some advice on the best way to break a job down into billing milestones. The video will be about 45 seconds long and is showcasing a piece of furniture. What milestones would you bill the client at? Any other advice you have is appreciated as well
