Looking for some feedback/hard critique

Hello, this is my first post on polycount and I'm looking on some feedback on this elf I sculpted for practice. I never tried sculpting a female bust ( or actually sculpting something without trashing it before ending it ) and I never tried to style hair before, so I'd like some tips on that if possible.

The best i could provide as far as help goes, usually plugins are used to help with the complications with hair, good references help for any particular styled specific hair also.
