Modular wall and lighting issues.

Hello everyone, I've been self learning 3dmax and Unreal for a while but i can't figure out how to solve this problem with (i believe) UVs/Lightmap/Unreal. It looks like out here you can find a lot of people with the same issue and the solutions they propose aren't fully working for me. I have changed the lighting settings in unreal and clean / adjust to grid the UV (both UV) but nothing, i still have this weird shadows / artifacts, any suggestions?.
