[Anatomy] Male / Female base Mesh with Skin + Muscle System + Skeleton ?

Hi guys,
I am searching for a good male / female bodie base mesh to buy with : 
- a rigging friendly neutral rest pose 
- clean skin topolgy 
- good muscle system 
- good skeleton
Basically i am searching for something similar to this but for a human :

The idea is to be able to use this as a starting point / basis for ziva / houdini fem muscular sim.
If quality is really there it can be a bit expensive.

For the moment i haven' t find something close to the quality of Nicolas Morel Bear...

Raf Grassetti has one that is pretty good on his gumroad.
Can't say how medically accurate it is though.

The 3dscanstore model looks to be exactly what i am looking for !

I have already spotted Raf Grasseti model , it looks great , but the muscle look to be sculpted, i need to have a separate mesh for each muscle. Also the license only allow private use.
