Hi Polycount! Modeling a game model for Unreal Engine 4. I decided to share with you the modeling stages. The Highpoly model is not finished yet. If you have any advices; I'd be happy if you share it with me.
@Frigus looking better, but something about the glossiness seems off to me. Look at a few reference images and you will see it has a more matte look.
Definitely looks CGI still with the gloss, reduce it slightly and/or play around with the values. I like how you put some dirt/grime near the front edges, however you need to add some more overall. The surface could also use some sort of normal map/bump map. It still seems too smooth.
Keep working at it!
thanks for your advice I'll reduce glossiness and will add more dirt/dust and bump deformation. I'm still learning I always waiting comments like that thanks!
Agree with DarthMaul. In this image you can see the contrast of the surface finish which is quite rough and how the highlights look when light bounces on curved surfaces. You can even make it look more shiny near places where the gun is handled and more matte where not. This would help breakup the overall look of the surface. Looking good.

Many many thanks I'll try to make similiar to reference. Yes my material looking more glossy than this.
