A little fort I'm working on from a concept by Klaudia Bezak. All done in Blender 2.8. I tried something with the planks texturing: I just have one 4k normal map texture that is shared between 4 planks model (which I can rotate 180 degrees so that's like 8 variations), which I separated into 3 channels (RGB) to use as masks for procedural texturing. So really I haven't done any hand painting, I just sculpted 4 planks, baked normal texture, and played a bit with nodes. I have no idea if it's a common thing to do but here I think it works. All the wood except the door is just my 4 initial planks, for the beams I stretched them like hell, but it somehow looks ok, I think.
