Looks solid with a nice topology and pieces, the concept its cool!
But the textures are bland, he looks like made of toy plastic (Nothing wrong here if this is your original intention). The hair and beard looks weird, looks like a sponge, I dont know if is because of the photos, if you could take another ones more close I could analyse better.

It was my first take on a realistic character and hair so if it looks odd it's most likely because I could've done a better job. Or maybe it's because I overdid it on the contrast while tinkering with the render idk. Is there a specific part of the body you'd take a closer look at? While working on it I reached that point where I no longer knew what else to fix so yeah xD
