Texturing high pillar (help)

I have this high pillars with door in between nearly height of the man.

I would like to texture pillar but when I make texture in Quixel mixer and tile it in y direction , one can see repeating pattern of same texture.

How to texture this pillar so that repeating pattern can't be seen?

use a texture where the tiling is not that visible

    or

use a second material and blend it with vertex paint

    or

use some decals to break the repeating pattern

    or

break it with geometry like vines/ivy

How to blend it with vertex paint? How to set the vertex paint so that I can export it with texture?

    This is the UV map.

this depends for what this is
but there are vertex blend shaders for unity and unreal
and you can vertexpaint in unity and unreal, theres a lot of tutorials for this on youtube
but i would increase the polycount for the pillar for vertexpaint, or you could blend the two materials with vertexpaint & a black &white mask, these are just some options you have, i am pretty sure you can find a lot of info about it on the polycount wiki too
