arnold lights instance copy problem

i want to instance a light but when i apply duplicate special to light nothing happen...only it creat a pivot without any object linked to it...

The Arnold help does say.
Ensure that
Light Linking
is set to none when instancing lights, otherwise the instanced light will not render.
