    - Take out the table & blanket from your portfolio.
    - Reduce chromatic aberration from the city scene.
    - Remove tardis from portfolio.

Keep going man. Jade statue is dope, cool work!

Keep working at it! Don't forget all the amazing artists on artstation all started at some point too. That Jade statue is your best piece right now in my opinion, it seems like you have a pretty good understanding of modeling and texturing. Look up things like trim sheet textures, game engines, and work towards piecing together a scene (where you show the textures you made and some sculpts or high poly model). Or if doing a full scene like that feels a little daunting still, work more on modeling and texturing with assets and props and work your way up.

Presentation is really important too! I would love to see that jade statue just the Zbrush (or Maya highpoly model) maybe the UV's too since it's just a single piece upload. Find a bunch of artists you like on artstation and see how the present their pieces for props or environments and find what you really like.

Above all, keep working at it and have fun :)

as a junior artist you need to show more breakdown of you work. wireframe, textures, UV's, envrionment pieces etc... if its substance designer show more about the material. its its a prop you modeled and sculpted show the high poly.  right now I see your assets but I dont know if its usable fora a realtime engine.
