[Maya] Node Editor - Quickly Connect Attributes

So I need to mirror the movement of a rig in Maya and to do so, AFAIK, I should connect the Rotate and Scale attributes of mirrored nodes in the Node Editor. I need to do this 42 times. Does anyone know of a fast way, (or even a script) that would allow me to select node A, select Node B, hit something and Bam - have the Rot and Scale connected? Or any other fast way to do this?
