Zbrush Object Scaling Issues

Read a few threads online about this but can't seem to wrap my head around this.

Exported an object with the correct scale from Max, unit in mm. Exported into zbrush with the correct size,  but the brush size is too small. Using the unify under deformation will help but messes up the scale.

any way to fix this? thanks.

    From memory exporting from Maya is too large (very large). Use GoZ to go from Maya to zB. When in zB unify the mesh. Goz the mesh back to Maya where it will be th e wrong size. Go to the export settings at the bottom of the tool menu and alter scale and position until the model GoZs almost perfectly to Maya. Use the GoZed version of the model in Maya as it is perfectly setup.
