Both the nose and the ears need a lot of work. The ears probably look ok when being looked at from the side of the face, but they aren't well formed enough to appear correct from other angles. The nose has a few anatomical issues, but the most obvious is that the bridge cartilage is collapsed (more common in asians and girls) while still having noticeably sharp ridges (only common in straight or arched bridges). The inner upper eyelid also appears unusually puffy.
I also think the faces overall structure looks too soft and undefined. I'd go back down in subdivision levels and work on the planes.
The one thing I'm immediately noticing is the thickness of the eyelids looks unnatural. In particular, the inner upper lid is more puffed out than the outer corner. Additionally, the volumes in the under eye area are looking a little flat.
Out of curiosity, are you using an actual eyeball? Cuz the eye socket definitely looks superficial and shallow. The basic structure of the socket from the profile should have the shape in the image below with the upper lid protruding further out than the lower lid. Your eyeball and iris also look too small with the distance between the eyes being too narrow as well.

Your help was very hurtful but soooo needed. Tough pill to swallow so thank you!
